What keeps coming back, asks to be heard

Have you ever noticed how some questions keep coming back, even when we try to ignore them?

Even when life goes on and everything seems to be working normally, they stay there. Sometimes they show up in silence. Sometimes before falling asleep. Sometimes in the middle of an ordinary day, for no clear reason. They aren't necessarily big questions, and they're not always dramatic. They can be simple doubts, feelings that are hard to name, decisions put off, or even stories that seem closed but keep asking for a little attention. There's something curious about certain questions: once they truly find a place inside us, they tend to stop needing to come back all the time. But until that happens, they find ways to reappear — in thoughts, memories, conversations, or even in choices that seem unrelated to each other. Maybe not because they're trying to get in your way, but because they're trying to be heard. With no rush. No judgment. No obligation to arrive at an answer.

Is there a thought, question, or feeling that keeps coming back to you lately?

No rush. No judgment.
