Come as you are
Some days we feel like we need to be okay — or at least look like it.
We feel like we need to keep up, answer messages, be productive, be strong, be reasonable, be an adult. And little by little, we get used to showing only the parts that seem acceptable, while hiding our doubts, insecurities, fears, hard days, and our most vulnerable, messy parts. But here's something curious: what we try to hide is usually exactly what needs space the most. Not to be fixed, not to be judged, just to exist. You don't need to arrive here with the right words. You don't need to know exactly what you're feeling. You don't need a ready explanation. You can come as you are. With all your certainties, uncertainties, doubts, with all the mess.
If you could take off the mask that's suffocating you, without worrying what others would think, what would you want to say?
Maybe that's where this conversation begins.
